Welcome to SD Farm Dhand, a premium farm venue located at Dadwana Bypass, Dhand–Kurukshetra Road, VPO Dhand, District Kaithal, Haryana (136021). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our venue, website (sdfarmdhand.com), and all associated services.

By accessing our website, submitting a booking inquiry, making a reservation, or physically visiting SD Farm Dhand, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all guests, event organizers, clients, visitors, vendors, and any other parties engaging with SD Farm Dhand.

SD Farm Dhand reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date revised accordingly. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

All bookings and reservations at SD Farm Dhand are subject to availability and these Terms. To check availability or confirm a booking, please visit our Booking & Contact page or reach us directly.

How to Book

• Bookings can be made via our website at sdfarmdhand.com/reach-us/, by calling +91 94675 88316 or +91 90505 40300, or by emailing contact@sdfarmdhand.com.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance booking deposit and written confirmation from SD Farm Dhand.
• Tentative holds on dates are not guaranteed and may be released without prior notice.
• The primary booker (person making the reservation) must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of booking must be accurate and complete.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Please review all details carefully. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation. SD Farm Dhand will not be responsible for any inaccuracies not reported within this window.

Date Changes & Rescheduling

• Requests to change the event date must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
• SD Farm Dhand reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests due to prior commitments.

All payments for bookings, events, and additional services at SD Farm Dhand are governed by the following policy:

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Cash payments at the venue office
• Cheque (subject to clearance before event date)

SD Farm Dhand reserves the right to charge for additional services, overtime, or damages not included in the original quote. Any additional charges will be communicated and settled before departure.

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully prior to confirming your booking with SD Farm Dhand.

Cancellation Process

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sdfarmdhand.com.
• Cancellations communicated verbally or via phone are not accepted unless confirmed in writing.
• The cancellation date is the date the written request is received and acknowledged by SD Farm Dhand.

Cancellation by SD Farm Dhand

In rare circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, legal orders, or situations beyond our control), SD Farm Dhand may be required to cancel your booking. In such cases, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued. SD Farm Dhand's liability shall be limited to the amounts paid and does not extend to consequential losses.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests and staff, the following rules apply to all visitors and event organisers at SD Farm Dhand:

General Conduct

• All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times.
• Disruptive, offensive, or threatening behaviour towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
• The primary booker is responsible for the conduct of all guests, including vendors and service providers brought on-site.

Timings & Access

• Venue access is permitted only during the agreed booking hours. Early arrival or late departure beyond agreed times may incur additional charges.
• Set-up and teardown times must be agreed upon in advance and are included in the booking window unless separately arranged.
• Guests may not access restricted or staff-only areas of the farm.

Permitted & Restricted Activities

• Use of open fire, fireworks, or pyrotechnics is only permitted with prior written approval.
• Music and sound levels must comply with local noise regulations, particularly after 10:00 PM.
• Serving or consumption of alcohol is subject to applicable laws and must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Outside food and beverage catering may be subject to prior approval and venue policies.
• Pets are allowed only in designated areas with prior permission.
• Commercial photography or videography shoots (not associated with the booked event) require separate written consent.

Capacity & Guest Count

• The agreed guest count must not be exceeded without prior approval from SD Farm Dhand.
• Exceeding the approved headcount may result in additional charges or termination of the event.

The safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us. SD Farm Dhand takes reasonable precautions to ensure the venue is safe. However, guests must also exercise due care during their visit.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests visit and use the venue facilities at their own risk for activities undertaken voluntarily.
• SD Farm Dhand is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence by SD Farm Dhand.
• Guests with physical limitations or health conditions must inform us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The booker assumes full responsibility for the safety of minors attending the event.

Third-Party Vendors

• SD Farm Dhand is not responsible for the quality, conduct, or safety practices of third-party vendors (caterers, decorators, entertainers, etc.) engaged by the client.
• All external vendors must comply with SD Farm Dhand's venue rules and must be pre-approved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SD Farm Dhand's total liability arising from or related to any booking or event shall not exceed the total amounts paid by the client for the specific booking in question.

SD Farm Dhand takes great pride in maintaining its premises, farmland, facilities, and equipment. Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.

• Any damage to the venue, furniture, equipment, landscaping, or structures caused by guests or their vendors will be the financial responsibility of the primary booker.
• The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the client will be billed for the additional amount.
• The condition of the venue will be assessed before and after every booking. Any pre-existing damage will be documented and communicated at check-in.
• Guests must not rearrange or remove fixed fixtures, furniture, or equipment without prior permission.
• Nailing, drilling, or affixing items to walls, pillars, or trees is prohibited without prior written approval.

SD Farm Dhand collects personal information (name, contact number, email address, event details, payment information) solely for the purpose of managing bookings and providing our services.

• Your personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may use your contact information to send booking confirmations, updates, and promotional communications related to SD Farm Dhand. You may opt out at any time.
• Photography and videography of events may be conducted by SD Farm Dhand for documentation or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff prior to the event.
• Guest data is stored securely and in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the laws applicable in the State of Haryana.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a booking, or the use of SD Farm Dhand's services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaithal, Haryana, India.

• All complaints must be submitted in writing to SD Farm Dhand within 7 days of the event or incident.
• Complaints made after this period may not be considered.
• SD Farm Dhand's decision on operational and policy matters shall be final.
